The Senior Automation & AI Implementation Specialist will lead the adoption of artificial intelligence and workflow automation across a U.S.-based law firm. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a highly autonomous technical professional who can identify operational inefficiencies and turn them into practical, scalable solutions.

You will assess existing processes, build AI-powered workflows, and connect essential business applications to streamline daily operations. Working with leading LLMs, automation platforms, APIs, and AI-assisted coding tools, you will improve reliability, reduce manual work, and develop customized internal solutions.

You will own projects end-to-end, from identifying problems and designing solutions to implementation, testing, and continuous optimization. With direct access to firm leadership, you will have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on operational efficiency and digital transformation.
