What are we looking for?

A Senior BI Developer to join an important hearing products company.

📍 Workplace: 100% remote

🏢 Modality: Remote

📄 Contract: PJ

🕘 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 21:00 (Brazil time). The office is located in Minneapolis, MN, and people working remotely follow that time zone (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time).

¿What do we need?

• C1 (advanced) level of English , written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery and Cloud Composer / Airflow).
• Advanced SQL (optimization, data modeling).
• Experience with dbt and ETL/ELT pipelines (modern data stack).
• Python for data processing and automation.
• Power BI, DAX and Azure Analysis Services.
• Git and version-controlled analytics workflows.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, cloud analytics and BI architecture, KPI design and data governance.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in BI, data analytics or data engineering.
• Experience leading analytics projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured and self-starter profile, able to work in an international environment.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Design, develop and maintain scalable data models, dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Define KPI frameworks, validate data quality and implement testing practices.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee delivery from concept to deployment.
• Analyze data discrepancies, trace root causes and drive fixes across pipelines and reports.
• Create technical documentation and training materials.
• Manage timelines, risks and communication with senior stakeholders, and run workshops.
• Recommend improvements to data architecture and new analytics tools.
