Senior Biostatistician Manager

This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee statistical strategy and delivery across a broad portfolio of clinical research programs. You will lead and develop senior biostatistical professionals while ensuring high-quality, timely, and scientifically sound statistical deliverables.

The position combines people leadership, client engagement, resource management, strategic planning, and technical statistical expertise. You will serve as a trusted advisor to project teams and clients, contributing to complex clinical research initiatives and regulatory interactions.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape departmental priorities, budgets, staffing strategies, and operational processes.
