Senior Business Analyst - Banking Channels

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and

Responsibilities:

• Carry out functional analysis and requirements gathering for software development projects;
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and functional flows;
• Follow development teams, clarify requirements and manage functional dependencies;
• Run UAT, certification, defect management and regression testing;
• Manage requirements, user stories and test plans in Azure DevOps.

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in functional analysis and requirements gathering, ideally in banking;
• Knowledge of corporate digital channels, including data updates, account opening and closing, digital signature and digital documents;
• Familiarity with mainframe systems for querying business and individual entities is preferred;
• Azure DevOps and user story writing skills and familiarity with Figma and Miro for prototype analysis and flow design will be valued;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication with business and technical stakeholders.
