Senior Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Business Analyst based in United States.

This role serves as a strategic business analysis partner for enterprise B2B and B2C eCommerce customers across critical Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory processes. As an individual contributor, you will work closely with customer stakeholders and internal Customer Success teams to understand business needs and shape enhancement roadmaps.

You will translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams. The role operates across ERP, eCommerce, WMS, reporting, and integration environments while remaining technology-agnostic to support evolving platforms.

You will help balance customer value, delivery capacity, complexity, risk, and business impact when prioritizing initiatives. This is a hybrid or fully remote opportunity with minimal travel and direct visibility with senior IT leadership.
