Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in the US payments ecosystem to support a large-scale payment gateway consolidation and migration program. In this role, you will bridge business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into clear specifications that enable successful platform integration and delivery.

You will bring hands-on knowledge of TSYS card acquiring platforms and payment processing workflows, helping ensure reliable transaction processing and seamless migration outcomes. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, data engineers, migration specialists, and QA teams, you will drive requirements management across the program lifecycle.

You will also contribute to data mapping, testing, release readiness, and continuous improvement within an Agile and SAFe environment. This remote opportunity is ideal for a technically minded analyst who combines payments domain expertise, strong stakeholder management, and practical experience using AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
