The Senior Business Intelligence Developer will lead end-to-end reporting projects, transforming ambiguous business needs into reliable, actionable insights. Working across pharmacy operations and fulfillment data, you will shape the data models and reporting foundations that support informed decision-making.

You will own the semantic layer, establish consistent metric definitions, and ensure dashboards deliver accurate, meaningful information. The role combines hands-on SQL development, data modeling, visualization, and stakeholder collaboration. You will also help modernize reporting infrastructure and improve the quality of client-facing analytics.

With a strong focus on healthcare data privacy and compliance, you will contribute to a trusted, scalable business intelligence environment while mentoring teammates and promoting sound development practices.
