Senior Client Success Manager - Insurance Solutions

The Senior Client Success Manager will build and strengthen relationships with property insurance clients, helping them achieve measurable value from AI-powered solutions. This role combines client relationship management, product adoption, business analysis, and strategic account support within a rapidly evolving insurance environment.

You will guide clients from onboarding through renewal while helping integrate products into their workflows and connect usage to business outcomes. Working with underwriters, analysts, product stakeholders, and internal teams, you will identify opportunities to improve client value and deepen engagement.
