Senior Clinical Project Manager - CNS

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Clinical Project Manager - CNS based in the United States.

This role leads the coordination and management of clinical studies from initiation through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope.

You will serve as a key client-facing partner while coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and study stakeholders throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.

The position combines project leadership, financial oversight, risk management, documentation, regulatory compliance, and team coordination.

You will help maintain high standards of quality and inspection readiness while ensuring study teams follow applicable SOPs, GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.

The role offers broad ownership of study operations, including timelines, budgets, contracts, TMF management, and project documentation.

You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical operations environment where strong organization, communication, and independent judgment are essential.

This is a fully remote US-based, full-time opportunity with approximately 10–20% travel.
