Senior Commissions Forecasting & Design Lead

As a Senior Commissions Forecasting & Design Lead, you will own the end-to-end commissions forecasting process within a strategic FP&A and sales operations environment.

You will build reliable, explainable models that translate headcount, attainment, hiring, ramping, quota changes, and plan mechanics into accurate compensation forecasts.

The role also contributes to the design and evolution of global sales compensation programs across segments, roles, geographies, and pay periods.

You will combine financial modeling, incentive design, systems thinking, and business partnership to evaluate plan outcomes and manage payout and operational risk.

Working across Sales, Finance, People, Legal, Payroll, and Business Technology, you will turn complex decisions into scalable, auditable processes and clear requirements.
