Senior Customer Success Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Customer Success Architect based in India.

Join a global Customer Success team supporting enterprise customers with complex data and product analytics needs. You’ll act as a trusted technical partner, helping customers build reliable, scalable, and well-governed analytics foundations. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with consultative customer engagement across data architecture, taxonomy, integrations, and instrumentation.

You’ll investigate data challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate findings into practical action plans. You’ll work across technologies including CDPs, event pipelines, cloud data warehouses, SDKs, and APIs. Collaboration with product, engineering, support, and technical success teams will be central to improving both customer outcomes and internal processes.
