Senior DATA (Databricks) Engineer - USA

Join the US Data Engineering team of a large financial multinational company.

Please note ; The Data team works at a hybrid mode (3X at the office) of the company’s SP (Pinheiros) office

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize modern data platforms that enable advanced analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and cloud-native technologies
• Design and implement Delta Lake architectures and Medallion data models.
• Build optimized ETL/ ELT pipelines using Databricks notebooks, workflows, and Delta Live Tables
• Design cloud-native data architectures across Azure and AWS environments.
• Build and optimize data products supporting AI, machine learning, and generative AI workloads.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience a Data Engineering, Data Warehousing , or Data Platform development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks
• 3+ years of hands-on experience Apache Spark .
• 4+ years of experience at designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud data platforms .
• 3+ years of experience with Python development
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and SQL Server
• 4+ years of experience with AWS or Azure
• 1+ years of experience with AI and ML

ENGLISH – ADVANCED (Professional) or FLUENT ( obrigatório! !!)

Preferred

• Databrick Data Engineer Professional Certification
• AWS Data Analytics certification.
