Senior Database Administrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Database Administrator based in India.

This role is responsible for managing the availability, performance, security, and resiliency of critical database environments across Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. You will work across on-premises infrastructure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and AWS, with a strong focus on disaster recovery, cloud migration, and performance optimization.

The position offers broad technical ownership across production, staging, and development environments. You will play a key role in maintaining reliable backup and recovery strategies, resolving complex incidents, and ensuring database environments remain operational and resilient. Collaboration with application, infrastructure, cloud, and client teams will be an important part of the role.

This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced DBA who thrives in technically demanding, fast-paced production environments.
