Senior Director, Global Marketing, Downstream

The Senior Director, Global Marketing, Downstream will lead global downstream marketing strategy for a growing medical aesthetics portfolio in a highly competitive market. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role will develop differentiated go-to-market strategies, commercialization plans, and integrated campaigns designed to increase awareness, demand, customer engagement, and revenue.

You will oversee brand positioning across digital and non-digital channels while supporting distributors, subsidiaries, and commercial teams worldwide. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration across functions.

You will also shape customer education, sales enablement, and product storytelling while bringing market and field insights into strategic planning. This position includes leadership of a team and approximately 25% travel.
