Senior Director, Government & Multilateral Affairs

As Senior Director, Government & Multilateral Affairs, you will shape global strategies that strengthen the teaching workforce and create more supportive policy environments for education systems. You’ll build and lead coalitions spanning governments, multilateral institutions, philanthropy, research, and civil society.

The role combines high-level external engagement with practical advisory support for organizations working in diverse national contexts. You’ll translate global policy opportunities, partnerships, and funding mechanisms into tangible value for local partners. You’ll also contribute thought leadership, learning, and tools around teacher workforce development and systems change.

Working across regions and time zones, you’ll collaborate with global and regional teams in a fast-paced, highly networked environment. The role is fully remote, with up to 20% travel and occasional early or late calls required to support international collaboration.
