Senior Ecommerce Manager, Post-Purchase

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Post-Purchase based in India.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end post-purchase customer journey, designing and optimizing cancellation flows, order management systems, loyalty initiatives, and referral programs. Operating in a fully remote, high-trust environment, you will build a repeatable, scalable post-purchase testing function from the ground up to maximize customer lifetime value and retention.

Working cross-functionally with Retention, Design, and Engineering, you will turn quantitative insights, UX research, and pricing models into seamless user experiences. Leveraging cutting-edge AI-assisted workflows and advanced cohort analytics, you will drive subscription upsells, cross-sells, and feature adoption across a growing product portfolio.

This is a high-visibility position for a data-driven e-commerce product strategist passionate about solving user friction and shaping subscription growth. You will also participate in biannual team off-sites, combining remote flexibility with meaningful in-person collaboration.
