The Senior Email Marketing Technology & CRM Manager will lead the technical planning and optimization of large-scale email marketing and lifecycle programs. This role focuses on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email deliverability, audience segmentation, and the data infrastructure needed to power effective marketing campaigns.

You will translate business objectives into technical requirements, ensuring that marketing initiatives are scalable, measurable, and operationally sound. Working closely with marketing, analytics, data, engineering, and operations teams, you will drive alignment and successful program execution.

You will help strengthen email performance by improving audience quality, data integrity, inbox placement, and campaign readiness. This position offers the opportunity to influence marketing technology strategy and build efficient, repeatable processes within a complex enterprise environment. The role is remote, with New York preferred, and is offered as a six-month contract with a full-time, 40-hour workweek.
