Senior Engineer, Costing

The Senior Engineer, Costing will play a key role in driving development costing operations across multiple products, brands, and manufacturing markets. You will partner closely with sourcing, product development, brand, material, planning, and vendor teams to establish efficient and scalable costing practices.

The role combines product and manufacturing expertise with data-driven analysis, negotiation, and process optimization. You will help teams make informed sourcing and product decisions while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and reduce costs. A major focus will be on modernizing costing approaches through automation, standardization, and fact-based methodologies.
