Senior Financial Analyst (SRM)

This is a full-time finance opportunity with a remote option, supporting program leadership and business decision-making. The Senior Financial Analyst will provide end-to-end financial oversight for assigned programs, helping leaders understand performance and make informed operational decisions. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, earned value management, and long-range financial planning.

You will analyze complex financial information, identify trends and risks, and develop models and recommendations that support program efficiency and profitability. Working closely with program managers, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will serve as a trusted financial resource while working independently with limited guidance.

The position also contributes to financial compliance, reporting, and audit requirements in a structured, performance-focused environment.
