🤖 About the opportunity We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for a fast-growing, venture-backed AI startup building an agentic orchestration platform for large-scale enterprise technology transformations : projects that move billions of dollars and thousands of consultants.

The platform captures decisions, tests, and context as a byproduct of work already underway, creating an organizational memory that compounds across projects instead of resetting every time.

The company has teams in the US and Brazil , is already deployed with some of the largest global consulting and systems integration firms , has reached strong ARR in its first year , and is backed by top-tier investors . The founding team comes from leading universities, big tech, and quantitative finance .

💻 What you’ll do

⚛️ Build modern web apps with React and Next.js

🤝 Design human + AI experiences: interfaces for interacting with and overseeing AI agents and workflows

🎨 Partner with Product and Design on intuitive, accessible, and responsive UIs

🏗️ Frontend architecture: scalable state management, reusable components, solid patterns

⚡ Performance: rendering, data loading, caching, and user feedback mechanisms

🔌 Work across the stack: collaborate with backend engineers on APIs and data models

📊 Data-driven iteration: use analytics, monitoring, and customer feedback to ship improvements

🧠 AI-assisted development: help shape engineering best practices with modern AI tooling

✅ What we’re looking for

• 3 to 6 years as a Frontend Engineer shipping production applications
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, async data flows, and web performance
• Comfortable with Node.js and Python when frontend work requires backend changes
• Experience building AI-powered products or interfaces with human oversight of AI actions
• Strong UX mindset and attention to detail
• Experience using analytics and user feedback to guide product decisions
• High ownership and comfort working independently in ambiguous environments
