Senior Fullstack Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a growing European B2B AI communications company as a Senior Fullstack Engineer, building customer-facing voice AI software. You will own features from early discovery through deployment and help shape product priorities through direct customer insight.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and evolve full-stack features using TypeScript, NestJS, Node.js, and React.
• Take features from concept and prototyping through production deployment.
• Engage with customers through support, feedback sessions, and user testing to understand their needs.
• Break down opportunities into focused releases, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Contribute to feature prioritization and the voice AI product roadmap.
• Ship software frequently while maintaining a strong focus on customer value.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years of full-stack engineering experience delivering SaaS products and end-to-end web features.
• Production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js; NestJS experience is preferred.
• Experience owning customer-facing software from technical decisions through release.
• Native German proficiency and fluent English.
• Strong product judgment, including customer discovery, feature prioritization, and using feedback or metrics to guide decisions.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with frequent releases and direct customer interaction.
• Experience with LLM integrations, early-stage startups, or European AI compliance considerations is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: €80,000 to €120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Remote within Germany.
