Senior Graphic Designer

The Role:

Seven Brands is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our Middle East creative team in our Cairo office (located in New Cairo). You will bring strategic briefs to life with striking visuals and thoughtful design execution across digital, print, social, and brand identity touchpoints.

This role is ideal for a seasoned designer with a strong portfolio and a deep understanding of visual storytelling, branding systems, and campaign development. You’ll partner with Art Directors and Copywriters to produce design work that not only looks exceptional but also aligns with business objectives and creative direction.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Translate briefs into compelling design concepts and executions across digital, print, social, and branding platforms.
• Design brand assets, campaign visuals, digital content, and presentation decks that uphold and elevate creative standards.
• Partner with Art Directors and Creative Leads to shape the visual expression of campaigns and brand identity systems.
• Contribute original ideas during concept development and actively collaborate in brainstorming sessions.
• Deliver polished, high-quality designs with an acute attention to detail, from typography and layout to imagery and color.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of feedback, learning, and creative excellence.
• Present work clearly and confidently to internal teams and occasionally to clients.
• Maintain an organized workflow and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, agile studio environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a design role within a branding or creative agency environment.
• A strong, thoughtfully curated portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and digital design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Deep understanding of design systems, typography, layout, color theory, and brand storytelling.
• Experience working across different formats including social media, editorial, packaging, and presentations.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
