Senior Growth Marketing Manager

As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy for a veterinary staffing marketplace, helping independent animal hospitals discover, adopt, and consistently use innovative staffing solutions. You will lead acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation initiatives, with success measured by meaningful business outcomes rather than sign-ups alone.

As the first dedicated growth marketer for the hospital business, you will build the growth engine from the ground up, shaping channel strategy, budget allocation, experimentation, and performance measurement. Working closely with Sales, Product, Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, and Brand teams, you will turn customer insights into scalable growth programs.

You will optimize the hospital journey from initial awareness to the first successfully filled shift and long-term engagement.
