Overview of the role

The Senior HR Analyst position focuses on leading and optimizing people-related processes, ensuring alignment between HR practices and business objectives. Key responsibilities

Requirements

• HR Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in human resources, people operations, or related roles.
• HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, labor regulations, and employee relations.
• Business Partnership: Experience acting as a business partner for leadership teams.
• Complex Case Management: Ability to manage complex HR cases and sensitive situations effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Communication Excellence: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
