Senior HRIS Specialist

Take on a key role in optimizing HR technology systems within a healthcare environment dedicated to delivering exceptional care to children and families. As a Senior HRIS Specialist, you will lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), helping streamline HR operations and enhance employee experiences.

You will also support Workday HCM processes, reporting, security, and integrations to ensure reliable and accurate HR information. Working closely with HR, IT, and external vendors, you will translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. This position combines technical expertise, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
