Senior HSEQQ Manager – EPC/EPCM Projects

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior HSEQQ Manager – EPC/EPCM Projects based in the United States.

This is a senior HSEQ leadership opportunity supporting a portfolio of complex EPC/EPCM projects across the United States. You will provide strategic direction while remaining closely connected to field execution, helping project teams and contractors deliver work safely, consistently, and in compliance with applicable requirements.

The role spans engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and turnover, with significant responsibility for governance, risk management, assurance, and contractor performance. You will serve as a trusted advisor to project and senior leadership, influencing outcomes across multiple concurrent projects and high-risk construction environments.

The position requires strong field credibility, the ability to influence without direct authority, and confidence working with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. You will help establish scalable HSEQ systems, strengthen safety culture, and use performance insights to drive continuous improvement.

Regular travel to project locations is expected, making this a highly visible role with both strategic and hands-on impact.
