Senior ILA/A&E Engineering Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior ILA/A&E Engineering Lead based in United States.

This senior engineering leadership role owns the technical solution for complex telecom infrastructure projects from initial site evaluation through design, permitting, and construction support. You will lead multidisciplinary A&E activities across civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, architectural, survey, geotechnical, and environmental disciplines.

The role combines technical leadership with client collaboration, external engineering management, and development of standardized design practices. You will help establish scalable engineering capabilities for large-scale turnkey projects while ensuring designs meet technical, regulatory, permitting, and constructability requirements.

Success requires strong telecom infrastructure expertise, sound business judgment, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Nationwide travel is required, making this an opportunity for an experienced engineering leader to have broad impact across major infrastructure programs.
