Senior Labor Compliance Officer

This role provides senior-level oversight of labor compliance for public-sector, public works, housing, community development, and other publicly funded projects. You will monitor contractor compliance with federal, state, and local labor standards, with a strong focus on certified payroll, prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and workforce requirements.

The position combines detailed document analysis with field-based worker interviews, investigations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with contractors, public agencies, government organizations, internal teams, and other project stakeholders to identify and resolve compliance issues.
