Senior Manager, Communications & Community Engagement

This role leads strategic employee communications and community engagement initiatives that strengthen connection, culture, and organizational purpose. You will translate business priorities into clear, compelling communications for employees, leaders, and community audiences. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on writing, storytelling, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
