Senior Manager, Property Technology & IT

As a Senior Manager, Property Technology & IT, you will lead the technology infrastructure that powers a growing portfolio of vacation homes, hotels, and multi-unit properties. You will oversee property networks, Wi-Fi, smart locks, connected devices, and corporate IT systems, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across multiple locations.

Combining hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, you will troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate external vendors, and establish consistent technology standards. You will also drive automation and AI adoption to streamline IT operations, strengthen security, and reduce repetitive administrative work.

In this remote role, you will manage and mentor a small IT support team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and property operators.
