Senior Manager, Total Rewards

The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will lead the execution of compensation, benefits, and HR operations programs across the organization. This hands-on leadership role combines deep total rewards expertise with operational ownership and close partnership with senior Human Capital leadership.

You will oversee compensation planning, merit cycles, market benchmarking, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and workforce cost analysis. The role also provides day-to-day leadership for HR Operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality support across the employee lifecycle.

You will serve as a trusted advisor on workforce investment decisions while identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and employee experiences. This is a remote opportunity, with preference for candidates on the East Coast, and offers the chance to shape scalable people programs in a collaborative environment.
