Senior Network Analyst/Technician - NOC, Information Technology

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Network Analyst/Technician – NOC, Information Technology based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to support critical enterprise network infrastructure and ensure the reliability of essential systems and applications. You will monitor network operations, investigate service interruptions, and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain operational continuity.

Working within a Network Operations Center (NOC), you will collaborate with technical teams, programmers, and customers to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions. You will also contribute to network configuration, installation, maintenance, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

The position requires strong technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to resolving complex network issues. This is primarily an on-site role with a Wednesday-to-Saturday schedule and participation in 24/7 support coverage.
