Senior Operations Generalist

The Senior Operations Generalist will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient operations within a globally distributed organization working across the private markets ecosystem. In this remote position, you will oversee essential administrative, financial, and project coordination workflows while supporting leadership and enabling teams to collaborate effectively across time zones.

You will manage day-to-day processes, coordinate meetings and communications, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to recruitment and onboarding activities. You will also conduct research to support partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborative events.

Beyond execution, you will help maintain high operational standards by improving handovers, ensuring consistent reporting, and mentoring junior team members.
