Senior Ops Manager - Asia

This role offers full operational ownership of a country programme while contributing to broader regional operations across Asia. You will build and run the India operation, overseeing field teams, vendors, logistics, budgets, contracting, and delivery standards. Working alongside country leads across the region, you will help strengthen operational consistency while adapting approaches to local requirements.

You will also represent the organization with growers, industry bodies, government agencies, partners, and clients. The position combines hands-on operational leadership with people management, strategic planning, and independent decision-making. It offers scope to expand into wider regional leadership based on demonstrated impact and success.
