Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist based in United Arab Emirates.

This is a hands-on senior marketing role focused on paid acquisition, high-ticket funnels, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization. You will manage and improve Meta and Google Ads campaigns while helping prepare for future TikTok advertising initiatives. The role combines performance marketing with funnel strategy, analytics, creative testing, and process documentation.

You will work independently, using campaign data to identify opportunities, solve performance issues, and improve conversion outcomes. You will also build repeatable systems and SOPs that can support future team growth. This is a long-term independent contractor opportunity with potential to expand into broader marketing and leadership responsibilities.
