Senior Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a fast-moving consumer education technology team building AI-powered learning experiences for students. You will own product areas from early concepts through launch, helping set a high bar for design craft and product quality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead product design from conception through delivery, partnering closely with engineering and senior leaders.
• Shape polished interfaces and motion design across student-facing experiences.
• Build and scale a design system that helps teams deliver consistent, high-quality work.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and contribute to AI-native product experiences.
• Use prototypes and experiments to clarify ideas and move quickly from design to shipped product.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Several years of product design experience, including meaningful work on consumer products and the ability to guide more junior designers.
• A portfolio showcasing strong visual and interaction design craft, with shipped work and evidence of positive product impact.
• Experience taking designs from prototyping and research through implementation and launch.
• Experience improving product-wide quality through code-first design systems, AI-powered design reviews, or similar approaches.
• Comfort using AI tools to support research, prototyping, ideation, and delivery.
• Ability to simplify complex user journeys, work effectively in a fast-moving startup, and collaborate with openness to direct feedback.

LOCATION

This is an on-site role in Berlin, Germany. Visa sponsorship is not available.
