Senior Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer based in United States.

This is a hands-on senior design role focused on shaping the experience of a growing learning platform used across admissions, education, grading, career development, and reporting. You will own product experience design from discovery through implementation, with a strong emphasis on user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.

You will also establish and maintain the design system that brings consistency across the platform as it scales. Working closely with students, staff, product managers, and engineers, you will turn ambiguous problems into clear, build-ready solutions. The role offers an opportunity to shape AI-powered learning experiences and other high-impact product initiatives.

You will work as an individual contributor with significant ownership while directing a UI design contractor to extend your output.
