We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to create exceptional digital experiences across omnichannel platforms, mobile applications, and conversational AI solutions. You will shape how users interact with our products, transforming complex business and technical requirements into intuitive, elegant, and engaging experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces and seamless end-to-end experiences across web, mobile, and digital channels.
• Create user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI designs in Figma.
• Build, maintain, and evolve reusable design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design decisions.
• Develop personas, journey maps, conversational flows, and service blueprints.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and visual assets aligned with brand and digital standards.
• Present and communicate design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Balance user needs, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints in design decisions.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Digital Experience Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and delivery of production web and mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience designing native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, variables, auto layout, and shared libraries.
• Strong experience designing Retail, Business, or Corporate Digital Banking solutions.
• Experience designing fintech, banking, payments, digital wallet, or other regulated digital products.
• Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams throughout implementation and release.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.

Preferred Experience

• Good understanding of digital banking products and processes, including payments, transfers, accounts, cards, onboarding, lending, authentication, security, business banking services, and self-service customer journeys.
• Experience designing KYC, onboarding, and identity verification journeys.
• Experience designing conversational experiences, chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI-enabled customer interactions.
• Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Google Material Design.
• Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, and advanced prototyping techniques.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, usability principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
