Senior Product Manager, CRM & GTM Systems

This role owns the Lead-to-Opportunity domain within a complex Salesforce and go-to-market technology ecosystem.

You will shape the roadmap for how leads are captured, enriched, scored, routed, and converted into qualified pipeline.

Working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Technology, you will turn business strategy into scalable system capabilities.

As one of the first product managers in a transforming product organization, you will help establish a proactive, roadmap-driven operating model.

The role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on discovery, prioritization, delivery oversight, and systems architecture collaboration.

You will also mentor business systems analysts and help elevate product thinking, processes, and capabilities across the team.
