Senior Product Operations Manager

This role serves as the analytical and operational engine behind how product outcomes are defined, measured, and understood across the organization. You will help build and evolve a product metrics program from the ground up, connecting product inputs to outcomes across retention, revenue, customer health, and engagement.

The position combines product analytics, statistical modeling, operational strategy, and data enablement to turn complex information into actionable business decisions. You will conduct deep-dive analyses, shape product priorities and OKRs, and communicate insights to product and executive leadership.

You will also develop dashboards, self-service tools, and reporting standards that make product data accessible across teams. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams, you will help establish reliable tracking, governance, and scalable analytics practices in a SaaS environment.
