Senior Professional Services Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Professional Services Consultant based in the United States.

This is a client-facing professional services role focused on delivering end-to-end sales compensation technology implementations.

You will guide customers from requirements gathering and compensation-plan design through configuration, testing, and go-live.

The role combines hands-on technical problem-solving with project leadership, customer communication, and strategic consulting.

You will manage multiple implementations simultaneously while balancing customer expectations, delivery timelines, and internal priorities.

You’ll work closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

The environment is fast-moving and collaborative, with significant ownership and room to shape implementation best practices.
