Senior Program Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Program Manager based in Canada.

Take the lead on complex, high-impact technical programs that drive innovation, scalability, and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of client projects. In this senior role, you will connect business strategy with technical execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product, design, and project management.

You will serve as a trusted partner to clients and executive stakeholders, translating complex technical challenges into clear plans and measurable outcomes. By managing dependencies, risks, resources, and competing priorities, you will help teams deliver high-quality results predictably.

You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced, fully remote environment that values autonomy, sound judgment, and continuous improvement. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced program leader who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys influencing decisions across teams and organizations.
