Senior Proposal Writer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Writer to develop compelling, technically accurate, and customer-focused proposals supporting next-generation unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and aerospace solutions. In this role, you will transform complex engineering, operational, and program information into persuasive narratives that strengthen competitive bids and support strategic business growth.

You will collaborate with technical experts, program managers, business development teams, and executive leadership to align proposal content with customer priorities and evaluation criteria. From analyzing federal solicitations to coordinating proposal reviews and refining win strategies, you will help ensure every submission is compliant, clear, and competitive.
