Senior Purchasing Controlling Analyst

Stellantis is looking for a Senior Purchasing Controlling Analyst to join our team at Stellantis Shared Services Portugal in Maia.

We are one of the world’s leading automakers and a mobility provider, with 14 iconic automotive brands and 2 mobility arms. At Stellantis Shared Services Portugal , we provide shared services to Stellantis entities across Europe, delivering expertise in accounting operations, financial services support, FP&A, reporting, and management controlling. Our teams support industrial, retail, commercial, and financial services activities across multiple European countries.

As a Senior Purchasing Controlling Analyst , you will drive financial performance monitoring and controlling activities across the Enlarged Europe Aftermarket Purchasing organization. Partner with Purchasing stakeholders to assess cost impacts, support target achievement, and provide actionable insights that enable informed business and commercial decisions.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report purchasing performance for the Enlarged Europe Aftermarket perimeter;
• Assess financial impacts resulting from supplier price variations, contractual changes, and purchasing activities;
• Support purchasing strategy through financial analysis, cost optimization, and performance monitoring;
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and planning activities related to Aftermarket purchasing;
• Provide financial support for supplier negotiations and purchasing decision-making;
• Ensure reliable reporting to regional and global management;
• Identify opportunities to minimize cost impacts and improve purchasing efficiency;
• Develop analytical tools and reporting solutions to enhance business visibility and decision-making.

Required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Previous experience in Controlling, Financial Analysis, Purchasing Controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance-related role;
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and P&L monitoring.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge;
• Experience working with large datasets and performance reporting;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to synthesize information and translate data into actionable insights;
• High level of autonomy, ownership, and attention to detail;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Aftermarket environments is considered an advantage.

Language

Requirements:

• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
