Senior Recruiter - Clinical Healthcare

As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives, delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring leaders across the clinical healthcare sector. You will develop targeted sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and identify high-quality candidates who meet organizational needs.

Working closely with hiring managers, you will provide market insights and consultative guidance to support informed hiring decisions. You will also maintain proactive communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates remain engaged and informed. In addition to managing complex searches, you will mentor fellow recruiters and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing recruitment team.
