Senior Relationship Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager based in the United States.

The Senior Relationship Manager will own relationships with a portfolio of Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) partner firms and their financial advisors, driving engagement, referrals, and long-term adoption of estate planning services. This remote role combines relationship management, advisor education, and proactive client journey coordination.

You will guide advisors from onboarding through consistent referral activity, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to support their clients effectively. Working closely with attorneys, client success professionals, and firm-level stakeholders, you will help deliver a seamless experience throughout the estate planning process.

You will also identify engagement gaps, resolve friction, and strengthen referral workflows to improve outcomes. Operating within an established strategy and playbook, you will contribute directly to the growth and effectiveness of a developing relationship management function.
