Senior Sales Development Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the sales team at a hospitality-focused AI software company and build pipeline for its guest communication and operations platform. You will connect with hospitality operators, uncover operational challenges, and book qualified product demonstrations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prospect daily through cold calls, email, and social outreach, with 100 or more calls as the baseline.
• Use established outreach plays and qualify operators through short discovery conversations about their properties, systems, and guest communication workflows.
• Book demonstrations with qualified prospects, including executives and operational leaders.
• Share prospect feedback, objections, and emerging customer segments with account executives and company leadership.
• Test and measure messaging, call openers, and sequences to improve conversion throughout the pipeline.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales development or business development role.
• Comfort making 100 or more outbound calls per day and resilience in a high-volume prospecting environment.
• Experience selling technical products, ideally AI, and working at a B2B SaaS startup.
• Experience qualifying and booking meetings with executives and operators at enterprise accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sequencing tools, and dialers; Salesforce experience is helpful.
• A bachelor's degree and the ability to learn hospitality technology and operational workflows quickly.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

On-target earnings are $90,000 to $140,000 annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
