Senior Sales Manager - Technology

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Sales Manager - Technology based in United States.

This senior sales leadership role will own and scale the go-to-market strategy for growth-stage startups, with a particular focus on companies from Series A onward. You’ll operate with significant autonomy, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and activation.

The role brings together Sales, SDRs, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Partnerships, Marketing, and the Venture Ecosystem around a unified growth strategy. You’ll manage sales leadership and directly oversee the Venture Ecosystem team while partnering closely with senior executives across the business.

This is an opportunity to operate like a general manager, shaping the sales motion, developing talent, and responding quickly to market opportunities. Success will be measured through both commercial performance and the strength of the broader startup and venture ecosystem.
