Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and enhance a mature Salesforce environment supporting critical business operations. In this role, you will oversee Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, designing scalable automation solutions, improving data quality, and streamlining workflows across multiple business functions.

You will manage complex integrations with financial, marketing, communication, and productivity platforms to ensure seamless data exchange and reliable processes. Working closely with Sales, Client Success, Finance, Marketing, and IT teams, you will translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

You will also leverage AI-assisted tools and modern administration practices to improve troubleshooting, documentation, and operational efficiency.
