🚀 Senior Software Engineer (Back-End) – C#/.NET Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Back-End) to help drive the evolution of their enterprise platforms. What You’ll Do:

• Design and build secure, scalable, maintainable software from concept to production
• Troubleshoot, upgrade, and support existing applications
• Lead medium-to-large development initiatives
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers through coaching and code reviews
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and DevOps teams
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements for performance and reliability

Must-Have

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, CIS, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of software development experience with advanced C# and .NET expertise
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, SSMS)
• Solid grasp of SOLID principles and design patterns
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, Git, CI/CD tools, and unit testing frameworks
• Experience building/consuming REST APIs (Postman or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for mentoring
• Strong self-management and prioritization skills
• High commitment to code quality and openness to feedback

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Agile/Scrum development experience
• Comfort engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
